Who controls your information
WDSPORTZ LTD (company number 11405211), registered at 1 Hanley Street, Nottingham, England, NG1 5BL, is the data controller for store order and fulfilment information. Contact: w.ude@wdsportz.com.
Information we collect
- Name, email and any operationally necessary telephone number.
- Selected match, club/team, product and Order ID.
- For player edits: player name, team, shirt number, position, requested moments and notes you choose to provide.
- Payment status, amount, Stripe payment reference, refund state and transaction timestamps. Stripe—not WDSportz—handles full card credentials.
- Support messages, fulfilment decisions, delivery evidence and audit/error records.
Why we use it
We use this information to take steps requested by you, perform the order contract, verify payment, prevent duplicate or fraudulent orders, create and quality-check the correct product, deliver it securely, provide support, keep accounting records and handle legal claims. The principal lawful bases are contract, legal obligation and our legitimate interests in running and protecting the store.
Who receives it
Information is limited to authorised WDSportz Operations, Media and Finance personnel and service providers needed to run the order, including Stripe for checkout/payment, the store hosting provider and Google Workspace for controlled business records and delivery. We do not sell customer contact information. Where a provider processes information outside the UK, we rely on the provider's applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
How long we keep it
Payment, invoice and core order records are generally retained for up to six years where required for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Fulfilment notes and delivery access are reviewed and removed or restricted when no longer needed. A delivery link may expire or be revoked after delivery. We keep only what is necessary for the stated purpose.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. Email w.ude@wdsportz.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and payment
The store does not currently use optional advertising analytics. Essential hosting/security technology may be used to operate the page. Stripe applies its own privacy and cookie information when you open its hosted Checkout.
