Before you order

When will I receive it?

Your turnaround begins only after payment is verified, the order information is complete and WDSportz accepts the fulfilment request.

Can I order if I didn’t start the match?

Usually, yes. For player highlights we still need enough usable footage to identify you and create a meaningful edit.

What if my match isn’t listed?

Only matches with confirmed footage, rights, quality and fulfilment capacity appear in the store.

What do Player Highlights include?

A focused edit of your identifiable moments from the selected match. The final scope depends on usable footage and the information you provide.

What if I need it urgently?

Priority and Express packages appear only when WDSportz Media has reserved capacity for that match.

How will I receive the footage?

Through a customer-only delivery link. Internal WDSportz folders and other customers’ files are never shared.

Can’t see your match?

It may still be going through footage and rights checks.
